Summer Camp Jobs at The Rowe Center in Western Mass
Kitchen Staff (part-time) – Spring Season
We’re seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our kitchen team for the spring season. You’ll help prepare and serve delicious meals that nourish our guests and staff while being part of a supportive and creative work environment.
Required:
Applicants must be able to work weekends and evenings when there is scheduled programming.
Ability to prepare and serve meals for 20-50 people, primarily buffet and/or family style.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Summer Camp Co-Director
We’re currently accepting applications for Camp Co-Directors for the upcoming summer season. This is a leadership role for individuals who are dedicated to fostering connection, creativity, and growth in a camp community.
Available Roles:
- Two JHC Co-Directors
- One SHC Co-Director
- One Leadership Cohort Member for YPC (Opportunity to Advance to Co-D)
Summer Camp Staff
Are you passionate about working with young people in a fun, empowering, and transformative environment? Our summer camps need enthusiastic staff to help create the magic of Rowe. Positions include counselors, mental health staff, maintenance staff, and health care coordinators.
