ABOUT WORK WEEK!

● This First Winter Work Week

Looking for a meaningful way to spend your Martin Luther King Jr. weekend? Come help us prepare Joffe House by the Brook for the year ahead!

● What We’ll Be Doing

This weekend is all about getting Joffe House ready for guests. We’ll be cleaning, furnishing, and doing some light renovating to make this beautiful space shine. Whether you’re handy with tools or just love the satisfaction of a freshly cleaned room, there’s something for everyone to contribute.

● Evening Activities

After a productive day of work, we’ll gather in the Farmhouse for relaxation and community. Enjoy movies, games, and good conversation in our Dining room or Gathering room. It’s the perfect way to unwind and connect with fellow volunteers.

● Meals

Most of our meals will be lovingly prepared on-site, giving you a true taste of The Rowe Center hospitality. And, there is always a chance that one of us will travel down the hill, to grab some take out.

● Ready to Join Us?

This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the Rowe Center community while enjoying the peaceful beauty of winter in western Massachusetts. All skill levels are welcome, what matters most is your willingness to pitch in and be part of our community.
