Kitchen Staff (part-time) – Spring Season
We’re seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our kitchen team for the spring season. You’ll help prepare and serve delicious meals that nourish our guests and staff while being part of a supportive and creative work environment.
Camp Co-Directors
We’re currently accepting applications for Camp Co-Directors for the upcoming summer season. This is a leadership role for individuals who are dedicated to fostering connection, creativity, and growth in a camp community

Summer Camp Staff
Are you passionate about working with young people in a fun, empowering, and transformative environment? Our summer camps need enthusiastic staff to help create the magic of Rowe. Positions include counselors, mental health staff, maintenance staff, and health care coordinators.
Office Staff
We’re not currently hiring for office positions, but we’re always happy to receive resumes from those who feel called to be part of the Rowe community. We’ll keep your information on file for future openings.
