Laura King is an experienced Coach, Facilitator, and Women’s Leadership Mentor with a focus on connection, authenticity and realizing one’s potential. With 25 years in coaching and leadership, she knows that nurturing the growth of each individual is at the heart of building strong relationships and communities. Her approach emphasizes “embodied living and leading,” which encourages women to stretch inward and tune into their inner wisdom to live full and rich lives with great confidence and clarity.
Laura’s workshops and coaching provide insight into human relational dynamics that often cause stress—such as managing other’s impressions, seeking external validation and avoiding important conversations. Drawing on the wisdom of Brené Brown, Kemi Nekvapil, Tara Mohr, adrienne maree brown and Jen Sincero she guides participants through ways to overcome obstacles to change and achieve personal transformation
With an MA in Comparative Education from the University of Maryland College Park, along with training in Co-Active Coaching, Minds at Work Facilitation, and Mediation, Laura combines her expertise with a genuine commitment to helping others realize their potential. Her unique approach weaves lightness, wisdom, and care, making her a valued partner in personal and professional growth. In her free time, you will find her hiking, reading, playing with words and poetry or cold plunging across the beauty of Vermont or abroad.
