Writing the Mind Alive with Proprioceptive Writing

Recorded May 14 2020

Proprioceptive Writing is a meditative writing practice that teaches you how to turn towards your thoughts and feelings with the kind of benevolent attention that allows you to learn from yourself and grow into larger, more liberating understandings of yourself and others. In this two hour online workshop, Anne will lead you through the practice. You'll need to set up in a quiet space where you can shut the door, at a clear table, with candle, pen and unlined white paper at hand.
