About The Program
Welcome to the Fall Work Week at Rowe Center!
Join us for a fulfilling week dedicated to giving back and connecting with the Rowe community. This program offers a unique opportunity to dive into meaningful service projects across our beautiful campus. You'll engage in a range of activities such as landscaping, painting, sewing, and carpentry. Whether you're reconnecting with old friends or meeting new ones, this is a chance to contribute to our community while enjoying the natural beauty of Rowe.
Key Details:
- Service Projects: Participate in landscaping, painting, carpentry, and more. There is very little office work, unless you are fully trained in social media management or WordPress, then we could use a little help with online marketing tasks.
- Physical Demands: The work involves navigating steep hills and uneven paths; able-bodied individuals are encouraged to join.
- Support: Each team is guided by Rowe staff or experienced leaders.
- Accommodations and Meals: Enjoy shared accommodations and delicious meals, with private room options available for a small fee.
- Fee: The program is free in exchange for your volunteer work; a small charge applies for private rooms.
- Program Conclusion: The week ends with a satisfying breakfast on Friday, leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and new friendships.
This is the perfect opportunity to contribute to Rowe, unwind, and create lasting memories in a supportive and engaging environment. We can’t wait to share this meaningful week with you!
