Breema is a teaching of the heart, an expression of the unifying principle of Existence. Its purpose is to create harmony and balance between your mind, feelings, and body, and in your relationship to yourself, to others, and to all life.

Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony
This hands-on workshop is designed to give you practical experience of using the body and the Nine Principles of Harmony as constant support for being present in everyday life. The atmosphere is accepting and deeply rejuvenating, and both playful and profound.
Breema establishes a true body-mind connection that makes it possible to live fully in each moment, with a sense of wholeness and aliveness that supports an openhearted and open-minded posture toward life. Breema invites our being to participate, and guides us toward higher levels of consciousness in which we can wake up to our essential nature.
Participants will learn Breema bodywork (movement sequences done with another person) and Self-Breema exercises (movements done using one’s own body), gaining first-hand experience with Breema’s nurturing touch and stretches, flowing brushes, and natural rhythms.
The Nine Principles of Harmony are the heart of Breema. Working with the principles leads to a receptive mind, supportive feelings, and a relaxed body. By using the principles while doing the bodywork and exercises, participants can have many moments of being present, and then begin to practice body-mind connection in our daily lives, in any activity or profession.
Breema’s movement sequences are done fully clothed on a comfortably padded floor. No prior bodywork experience is needed.
This year’s workshop will present a dynamic set of new sequences and fresh perspectives into this teaching. CE credits in Bodywork are available for this workshop. For more information, visit www.breema.com.
