We all need a process for maintaining our sense of peace and joy, even in the midst of terrible events or the fear of such events. Inner Bonding is built on the concept of intent—there are only two possible intents we can have: the intent to protect ourselves from pain and the intent to learn about loving. Our culture operates on the premise that joy is found by avoiding pain and seeking pleasure, when, in fact, true peace and joy are found by learning to be loving human beings.
In this workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Inner Bonding, a powerful six-step healing process that will transform your life by teaching you how to: recognize your true worth, discover your passion and purpose in life, take loving care of your heart, mind, body, and spirit, take responsibility for your own feelings of pain, joy, safety, and worth, and create deeply satisfying and enduring love relationships.
Inner Bonding enables people to take full responsibility for their own feelings of pain and joy and heal the blocks to love. It is also a powerful process for healing substance addictions. Through practice, participants can learn to discover the loving action in any situation—loving action that will bring about a
deep sense of safety, inner peace, and joy.
Inner Bonding is not a quick fix: it is a pathway for developing a powerful, loving adult self, for moving out of the need to control and into trust. It provides the tools to allow us to hear the guidance of spirit and to take loving action.
