Charlotte Kasl’s empowerment model for overcoming trauma, addiction, and depression is positive, holistic, flexible, and embraces cultural differences The steps are based on psychological and spiritual principles for becoming become a competent, vital human being, capable of caring relationships and feeling joy.  This workshop is appropriate for anyone seeking empowerment and will include information on utilizing the 16 steps in their daily lives and in groups.

Participants will learn a process for transforming  the critics, censors, and saboteurs that get in the way of taking charge of our lives. This leads to freedom, joy and living in the center of our lives. This workshop comes at a perfect time, as we let go of the old and start a new year.. It will include numerous strategies for recognizing and casting out the voices of the internal critics, saboteurs, and censors that lead to fear. Charlotte Kasl’s 16-Step empowerment model has become a successful alternative to the 12-steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Based on love and power, not fear, it is positive, holistic, and flexible. It honors cultural differences and provides invaluable support and information for people wanting to utilize the 16 steps and in their daily lives and in groups.
Dr. Kasl’s 16-Steps are for anyone wanting to become more confident, self-aware, able to assert themselves, and have a quieter mind. The contents of this workshop will be significantly different from the previous empowerment workshop and will utilize a fascinating process based on ego state therapy. Charlotte Kasl has been is a psychotherapist and workshop leader for 30 years and is a Certified Addiction Specialist.
