Boston

You’ve studied many paths to consciousness, awareness, and self-discovery; you’ve done personal and group work to face your past; you’ve discovered profound and valuable lessons. Now you’re ready to be bold, work at your growing edge, experiment with creative ways of expressing your deep self, and try on new ideas and behaviors.

We will work individually, in small groups, and with the group as a whole. We’ll include expressive and creative work, Gestalt and Jungian systems, meditation, guided fantasy, body work, and process-oriented dreambody work. We will use many forms of creative expression, including drawing, writing, movement, music, and improvisation. We’ll integrate fun, play, and humor with challenge, exploration, and discovery to help you reframe your view of yourself in relation to your world.

This is for anyone who considers himself or herself to be experienced in personal growth work. This is a time for your own growth and revitalization, a time to nurture yourself and to go beyond what you’ve done before.  You will leave revitalized, inspired, and more in touch with the potential of your whole self.

Niela Miller, trained by pioneers of Gestalt, Jungian psychology, bioenergetics, and Dreambody work, uses her abundant skills to create a safe and challenging experience. Particularly interested in sharing her skills with people as they age, she has designed and led over a thousand workshops, taught graduate courses, and trained therapists for over 30 years. She founded her own consulting company, PeopleSystems Potential, and is the author of Counseling in Genderland and Being Alive: Creative & Emotional Intelligence Tools for People Professionals. She writes short stories and poems, composes and plays music, has been teaching at Rowe for 25 years, and is a happy, single woman. See peoplesystemspotential.com.

Niela is a brilliant facilitator of personal and professional growth processes; an expert in the use of a myriad of emotional intelligence and creativity tools and techniques; a powerful, wise and loving woman – and so much more.
