If we breathe more fully, we live more fully. One key to a healthy body is the oxygenation of cells, which happens when you’re breathing fully and utilizing the whole respiratory system in a relaxed way. Breathing that is restricted supports subconscious defense mechanisms in “stuffing down” unpleasant emotions. Breathing stimulates the release of endorphins and neuropeptides into the bloodstream to create feelings of lightness and peace. Fortunately, reaching higher states of consciousness is a realistic and attainable goal.

Breath connects our mind and body, bringing them into harmony and balance, opening the door to our mystical and spiritual nature. When we breathe fully, we are accepting our full relationship to the life force itself. When the breath is flowing as a perfect wave, life itself flows in a natural rhythm of grace.

This amazing weekend will consist of four powerful Transformational BreathingTM sessions, individual breathing analysis, and experiencing the “three levels” of Transformational BreathTM. There will be one experienced breather to assist every three or four guests. This workshop, which will take place on Easter weekend, is limited to 25, so sign up now. Access to a healthier, more fulfilling life can be as close as your next breath.

Judith Kravitz, the mother of eight children, was diagnosed with throat cancer in 1979. She refused drugs and surgery, relying instead upon the power of conscious breathing and focused affirmative prayer. Out of that experience she developed Transformational Breath (TB), her unique brand of breath therapy. She’s “breathed” more than 100,000 people and professionally trained and certified 3,000 TB therapists over the last 20 years. She wrote Breathe Deep, Laugh Loudly, founded and directs the Transformational Breath Foundation, and is an ordained minister with a doctorate in Metaphysics, We welcome her return to Rowe.

“If we could pull all the peoples of the world into one room and let Judith Kravitz put them through the experience she gave me with Transformational Breathing, the world would be a better place.”
— Norman Lear, TV Producer

“I have personally benefited from the gifts...of [Transformational] Breath work and would highly recommend it.” — Christiane Northrup, M.D.
