Massage is a wonderful way for couples to support one another through loving, receptive touch. It contributes to more vibrancy and serenity in our work, play, sleep, and sexuality. There is no denying the power of touch!

We will explore the following:

• The dance of massage by incorporating functional body mechanics to create flow between partners
• Breathing exercises, stretching, and partner yoga to help us focus on our core strengths and to key into each other’s rhythm
• Meditation and quiet centering techniques to give us tools to relax and to increase our connections to our partners
• Group sharing and humor to relax us
• Acupressure, self-message, reflexology, and other ”tools”

In a warm and supportive atmosphere, couples draw on aspects that work best with their individual needs and experiences. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or a professional, this workshop will enhance your connection to your partners and bring that empathy and energy into your daily life!
