Registration/Cost Information

There are two costs for each conference. One is a program cost, which is based on your total gross family income. The second is a meals and housing cost, which is based on the type of housing you choose. Please see the charts below to calculate your program cost plus your housing cost. Some regular weekends and all longer programs have an extra charge, so please read the program descriptions carefully. Note that Rowe members receive a $15 discount.

Deposits and Refunds for Conferences

Please send a deposit of $100 per person for conferences, plus any membership or donation amounts. The balance of your fees will be due upon arrival at Rowe for the start of the conference. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If you are paying by check or money order, please mail your check to Rowe Camp & Conference Center, PO Box 273, Rowe, MA 01367. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until we receive your deposit.

Partial refunds are available if you give notice of cancellation at least one week before a program - a $30 processing fee will be deducted. Credit vouchers are available if you cancel less than one week before an event (minus the $30 processing fee). The cancellation fee will be waived if you transfer to another program when you cancel or if you donate your deposit to Rowe as a tax-deductible contribution.

Bartering/Work-Exchange

We don't want to exclude people who have financial constraints, so we have a work-exchange program available. If you are having trouble meeting our costs, please explore our barter opportunities.

Scholarships

Rowe has a limited amount of money to provide scholarships to adult conferences. We do want everyone who wants to attend a program, the opportunity to do so and so we offer a work-exchange program. (see above)

If that is not enough or you are physically unable to work and wish to apply for a scholarship, contact us to request a scholarship application. We are unfortunately out of adult scholarship money at this time.

Frequent Fliers

Can't decide? We love people who love our programs, so if you attend four programs within a calendar year, we'll send you a gift certificate for a fifth weekend free (no barter credit or other discounts may be applied to these weekends).

Online Registration

You can find out more about currently scheduled camps and conferences on our events page. Online registration is available from the individual description pages for each conference or camp.
